Katie is the co-founder of Be The Change, a donation-based yoga studio and wellness center in Orange County, CA. Her background is in Public Health, Yoga Therapy, Psychology and International Studies, which not only shaped her worldview, but also inspired her to help make the world a better place. Katie graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans where she wrote her Master’s thesis on yoga’s ability to prevent and treat chronic illness and to sustain long-term positive behavior change. Her passion lies in helping others become more conscious of how they live their lives, through the choices they make and how they interact with their environment, and providing them with tools to become healthier and happier and to embody their full potential.
